Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload and job
insecurity on turnover intention in CV employees. Agus Ceramics Malahayu
Banjarharjo Brebes Central Java. The population used in the study was the entire CV
employees. Agus Keramik Malahayu and the samples used were 120 CV employees.
Agus Ceramics Malahayu Banjarharjo Brebes Central Java by using purposive
sampling. Data analysis in this study using the Likert scale then processed the data in
this study using IBM SPSS 25 tools.
Results of the hypothesis of Compensation to Turnover Intention on CV. Agus
Keramik Malahayu obtained the results that compensation negatively affects Turnover
Intention on CV. Agus Ceramics Malahayu. with the calculation of tcalculate > ttable.
The compensation variable shows a calculated t test of -0.264 < t table 1.657 with a
significant value of 0.792 > 0.05. Results of the workload hypothesis on Turnover
Intention on CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu obtained the results that workload has a
positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu
obtained the results that workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover
Intention on CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu is proven by calculating thitung > ttabel.
The workload variable shows a calculated t test of 2,858 > t table 1.657 with a
significant value of 0.005 < 0.05. The results of the job insecurity hypothesis on
Turnover Intention on CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu obtained the results that job
insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention on CV. Agus
Keramik Malahayu is proven by calculating thitung > ttabel. The job insecurity
variable shows a calculated t test of 3,079 > t table 1.657 with a significant value of
0.003 < 0.05.
