Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, employee
engagement, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AST Indonesia
Semarang. Obyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. AST Indonesia Semarang
bagian Quality Control dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 karyawan
menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Data penelitian ini
diperoleh secara primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angeket). Analisis data
pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan
program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
Hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan secara parsial variabel efikasi
diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 35,3%, employee
engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 33,7%, dan
beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 22,4%.
Secara simultan variabel efikasi diri, employee engagement dan beban kerja
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 48% dan 52%
diperngaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model yang ditentukan dalam penelitian.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, employee
engagement, and workload on the performance of PT. AST Indonesia Semarang.
The object of this research is the employees of PT. Quality Control AST Indonesia
Semarang Section with a total sample of 78 employees using a sampling technique
that is saturated sampling. The data of this research were obtained primarily through
the distribution of questionnaires (angeket). Data analysis in this study used
multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the Statistical Package for Social
Sciences (SPSS) program.
The results of the analysis and discussion show that partially self-efficacy
variables have a significant effect on employee performance by 35.3%, employee
engagement has a significant effect on employee performance by 33.7%, and
workload has a significant effect on employee performance by 22.4%.
Simultaneously the variables of self-efficacy, employee engagement and workload
have a significant effect on employee performance by 48% and 52% are influenced
by other variables outside the model determined in the study.
