Abstract

SANTI PURDININGSIH. NPM 16150016. ""Growing Environmental
Care Character With LISA Movement (Lihat Sampah Ambil) in Kindergarten"
Thesis. Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of
Education, University of PGRI Semarang. 2020.
The background of this problem is the lack of human concern for the
environment, especially regarding waste, as evidenced by the large number of
people who throw garbage in random places. This will have a negative impact on
the physical and psychological nature of the human beings themselves, namely the
emergence of various diseases to the cost of treatment that is not small. One effort
that is expected to be able to prevent pollution is through the LISA (Lihat Sampah
Ambil) movement. It is hoped that through the LISA (Lihat Sampah Ambil)
movement, it will be able to foster an environmentally friendly character that
starts early. The method used by the author in this article is literature review. The
purpose of writing this article is expected to be able to broaden the reader's
insight on the implementation of the LISA movement (Lihat Sampah Ambil) to
foster the character of environmental care in kindergarten. The results of the
study conducted are the implementation of the LISA (Lihat Sampah Ambil)
movement in kindergarten through habituation and example, by integrating
learning according to the curriculum used, active, creative and interesting
learning by utilizing unused material as a form of caring environment.
