This final project is based on the study, which attempted to the analysis the main
character moral value of “Mulan 2020” and its contribution to teaching drama.
The main purpose of this study was to know How is the moral value is being
conveyed by the main character in Mulan (2020) and the feasibility of the main
character's moral value to be material for drama teaching. This study is expected
to be a source for English teachers to teach drama. This study is qualitative
research, which analyzed the main character, moral value, “Mulan 2020”. For
analyzing the researcher using Robert Audi’s theory (2000). The data of the
research were collected by library and internet research.
The result of the study was divided into three parts, there was (1) bravery and
fearless, (2) being determined and focused, and (3) never giving up. The
contributions of this study by using the movie to teaching drama was could make
students able to get more motivation and more examples in analyzing moral value
can get referential data and meaning to broaden their knowledge in moral value,
also a proper example to the teacher for giving example about moral value.
