Abstract
Claudia Apriliana Mardarena. NPM 20210007. "Implementation of the
Pancasila Student Profile in Realizing the Value of Student Diversity at SMK N 6
Semarang".
This research is motivated by the development of the Pancasila student
profile in emphasizing Indonesian students and providing an overview and
perception of Indonesian students and their personalities based on Pancasila values.
This is due to several factors, both internal and external factors and not knowing the
importance of diversity in the profile of Pancasila students. The value of diversity
among students should understand the diversity of values, for example: the value of
democracy, the value of justice, and love of the country in the school environment
and society so that students can understand the importance of the value of diversity
and the value of diversity. Formulation of the Problem in this Research. 1) What is
the Value of Diversity in the Pancasila Student Profile for students at SMK N 6
Semarang, 2) What are the Inhibiting Factors for the Value of Diversity at SMK N
6 Semarang.
The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. With the following sub-focuses:
1) Designing to increase the value of diversity. 2) The role of the Pancasila student
profile in the value of diversity. 3) Evaluate the impact on the value of diversity. 4)
Identify supporting factors and obstacles to the value of diversity. 5)
Recommendations and further development in the value of diversity. The methods
used to collect data are interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of
this research data is the source triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques use
data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusions.
The research results show that Pancasila Education Teachers in designing the value
of diversity in learning create and apply the profile of Pancasila students with the
diversity of cultures in Indonesia flow of goals for this value of diversity uses the
culture among schools. Teachers analyze learning motivation in terms of the value
of diversity before the activity takes place and the factors that influence students'
learning motivation at school. The teacher takes steps referring to achievements,
goals, models, and learning strategies. Evaluation is carried out by teachers to see
the achievement of goals and success of students to increase learning motivation in
the values of diversity and application which are always emphasized by students.
The obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the value of diversity require quite
a lot of time planning.
