Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of workload,
burnout and Organizational Citizenship Behavior through job satisfaction on
turnover intention in employees of PT. Dasaplast Nusantara Jepara. This study uses
a quantitative research method. The population used in this study were all
employees with a total sample of 213 respondents. Sampling in this study uses the
probability sampling method. The data collection process is carried out through the
distribution of questionnaires. The analysis method used is the Structural Equation
Model (SEM) and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0
program. to test the strength of the direct and indirect relationships between various
variables.
The results of this research show that there is workload (X1) does not affect
turnover intention (Y). Burnout (X2) has a negative effect on turnover intention (Y).
Organizational citizenship behavior (X3) has a positive effect on turnover intention
(Y). Workload (X1) does not affect job satisfaction (Z). Burnout (X2) has a positive
effect on job satisfaction (Z). Organizational citizenship behavior (X3) has a
negative effect on job satisfaction (Z). Workload (X1) does not affect turnover
intention (Y) through job satisfaction (Z). Burnout (X2) has a positive effect on
turnover intention (Y) through job satisfaction (Z). Organizational citizenship
behavior (X3) has a negative effect on turnover intention (Y) through job
satisfaction (Z).
