The object of the researches is: 1) To find out the students’ skill in writing
descriptive text before they were taught using Walt Disney’s original sound track.
2) To find out the students’ skill in writing descriptive text before they were taught
using Walt Disney’s original sound track. 3) To find out the significant difference
ofstudents’ skill in writing descriptive text before and after they were taught using
Walt Disney’s original sound track for tenth grade of SMK Yatpi Godong. This
research used pre-experimental research one group pre-test and post-test; random
sampling is used to get the data. The sample are 30 students from the tent grade of
SMK Yatpi Godong. The instrument of this research was test. The result of the test
before using the Walt Disney’s Original Sound Track get average 49,90. after using
Walt Disney’s Original Sound Track get average 71,86. And the significant
difference has 65,4%. It showed that Walt Disney’s Original Sound Track can
helped developing the ability of students in writing, especially in writing
Descripyive Text.
